Almost 30 years ago I envisaged apartments in Rogers Street, O’Kennedyville in Bellville. I sold the concept to developers and then first Parkview Villas I and later Parkview Villas II were built. A great success.
There is now a new property development in the process of been built. Soon I will be able to present more detail but for now just this-
O’Kennedyville is very near to Tyger Valley Centre and even more important, Eduvos Tertiary College. They provide various study field options but one specifically is most important. Computer focussed study fields. In time droves of students have started to attend classes there and the increase in interest is just escalating.
The other important aspect is that the students, after completing their degrees often stay on to start working in the area. The demand for the apartments, the capital growth on strength of this and more, require a thorough objective discussion.
