Almost 30 years ago I initiated a property development in Rogers Street, O’Kennedyville in Bellville. Parkview Villas I and after that Parkview Villas II. A great success.
There is now a unique new apartment development in the area that will soon be presented and I will then be able to provide though information.
For now a few important factors:
Tyger Valley is well positioned in terms of solid infrastructure, solid security and near to main roads to Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Paarl.
A very important factor is the position of Eduvos Tertiary College in Rogers Street. In high demand for its professional computer science programs.
But, there are just not enough apartments for all the students around. This new development is effectively a 100 meters from the campus and because it is more spacious it will attract other people too.
